A treatment session will normally include refined hands-on techniques and stretches combined with customised exercise prescription & advice which is designed to give you long term relief from injury and pain.

I request that you give me a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment, otherwise I will need to charge you for your appointment time. This gives me time to fill your space as I may have others who are desperate to get in to see me.
